Your Analytics Dashboard

See how visitors actually use your tour — visits, popular rooms, engagement, and where people look.

If your package includes analytics, we've sent you a dashboard link along with your tour. It's a private webpage that shows how real visitors move through your space.

What you'll see

  • Visits and sessions — how many people opened the tour and how often they return.
  • Popular scenes — which rooms visitors spend the most time in. Great for learning what actually draws attention.
  • Hotspot activity — what visitors click: room transitions, info panels, videos, your call-to-action button.
  • Engagement — how long visitors stay and how deeply they explore.
  • Heatmaps (if enabled) — a view of each room showing exactly where visitors look most. If everyone stares at the view from the balcony, you'll see it glow.

How tracking works

Analytics is anonymous usage measurement built into the tour itself:

  • Visitors are not asked to log in or provide personal details to view the tour.
  • Nothing extra needs to be installed on your website when the tour is embedded — embedded views are counted too.
  • Tracking can be switched off entirely if you prefer; just ask.

Your dashboard link contains its own access key — anyone with the link can see the numbers. Treat it like a password: share it within your team, but don't publish it.

Using the numbers

A few ways clients get value from the dashboard:

  • Compare rooms. If a space you consider a highlight gets little attention, its hotspot might deserve a more prominent spot — we can adjust the flow.
  • Check campaign impact. Watch visits rise when you share the tour in a newsletter or campaign.
  • Validate the call-to-action. If lots of people finish the tour but few click "Book Now," the button text or placement may be worth revisiting.

We're happy to look at the numbers with you and suggest tweaks.
